Qigong (pronounced chi-gung) is a form of gentle exercise containing stretching and meditation techniques. It is based on Tai Chi but in a much gentler form. Exercises can be adapted for each individual, irrespective of shape, size or mobility. A 2 hour session that includes tea breaks. New faces are always made to feel welcome. £2.50 per session
